Overview

Sub Offices only have access to the Reports tab, the Tools tab and the Download tab.

When you log into Central Office Manager, the Reports tab is displayed by default.

Reports tab

The Reports tab allows the user to access the following links:

  • Return Query - the return query allows you to view the status of a customer's return. If your customer has a reject, you can normally find more detailed information about his or her reject using this tool.
  • Online Reporting System - allows you to generate a variety of reports.
  • Support Site (only available if set up by your COM Administrator) - allows you to access the Customer Support site without having to go through the log in page.
  • TaxWise Blog - an online message center that provides you with information to assist you in your daily work environment.

Tools tab

The Tools tab allows you to access and download the following TaxWise Updates:

  • Program
  • State
  • Bank
  • Help File
  • Other
  • Conversion

You also have the ability to receive update notifications by clicking the Update Notification link and selecting what updates you would like to be notified of.

Review Returns tab

The Review Returns tab is also available under the Tools tab. The review returns tool allows you to send your returns to the Main Office. The main office will be able to download the return for review and make any necessary corrections. The Main Office can send the corrected return back to you as well.
