TaxWise Updates

The TaxWise Updates tab gives you access to the following: Program Updates, State Updates, Bank Updates, Help File Updates, Other Downloads, Conversion Updates, and Update Notification.

To access TaxWise Updates, use the following steps:

1. Log in.
2. Click the Downloads tab.
3. Click the TaxWise Updates tab.

The Program Updates page appears:

The Program Updates page opens by default. To view another update/download page, click the desired link in the left-hand panel.

To sign up for Update Notifications, click the Update Notification link in the left-hand panel or the Notify me by e-mail when my products are updated link at the top. In the Product Update Notification screen, select the check box for each update you wish to be notified of and enter your e-mail address; then click Add.

4. To download an update, click . To view Release Notes, click on the same line.

Download instructions are specific to Chrome with default settings. If you use a different browser, these instructions will not be accurate.

A Download bar appears.

5. Click the downloaded file to install the update to your computer.
6. Repeat as needed.
