Troubleshooting Your Web Browser
Overview
This website requires that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer browser 6 or higher in order to work with advanced features of the product. Older browsers are not capable of performing or displaying many of required functions. In addition, your browser must be configured properly. Verify the correct browser and configuration by reviewing the links below:

Ensure that you have the correct browser version
Ensure the browser is set to accept cookies
Ensure the browser is cacheing web pages correctly
Ensure the browser is set to allow JavaScript
Restore the browser's advanced settings
Install additional plug-ins
[top] Ensure that you have the correct browser version:
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on "Help"
  • Click on "About Internet Explorer"
  • If the browser version is not 6.0 or above, download and install the latest version at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.mspx

  • [top] Ensure the browser is set to accept cookies:
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on "Tools"
  • Click on "Internet Options"
  • Click on the "Security" tab
  • Select the "Internet" Web content zone
  • Move the security level slider to "Medium"
  • Click "OK"
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab
  • Move the privacy setting slider to "Medium"
  • Click "OK"


  • [top] Ensure the browser is cacheing web pages correctly:
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on "Tools"
  • Click on "Internet Options"
  • Click the "Settings button" in the "Temporary Internet Files" section
  • Change the "Check for newer versions of stored pages" setting to "Automatically"
  • Click "OK"


  • [top] Ensure the browser is set to allow JavaScript:
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on "Tools"
  • Click on "Internet Options"
  • Click on the "Security" tab
  • Select the "Internet" Web content zone
  • Click the "Custom Level..." button
  • Scroll down to "Scripting" and select "Enable"
  • Click "OK"


  • [top] Restore the browser's advanced settings:
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on "Tools"
  • Click on "Internet Options"
  • Click on the "Advanced" tab
  • Click on the "Restore Defaults" button
  • Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Install Adobe Reader

    Adobe Reader is required to open and print PDF documents.
