Reports

Sub Office Management Reports

Click the Reports tab to view and access reports. The list below gives a brief explanation of each available report. See Viewing Reports for information on running a report.

Registration Codes

Displays the PID, Office Number, Company Name, Contact First and Last Name, E-mail address, Client ID, EFIN, Order Number, Registration Code, Transmit EFIN, and a Description for each sub office.

My Transmission Types

Displays a list of the transmission types and products assigned to my CID.

Non-Tax Product Activation Codes

Displays the PID, Office Number, Company Name, Contact First and Last Name, E-mail address, Client ID, EFIN, Order Number, Product, and Activation Code.

Portal Details

Displays details of Sub Office Portal activity.

Shipping/Tracking Information

Displays a list of items that have been shipped and track the items to delivery.

Admin Password Resets Detail

View the frequency that Sub Office(s) reset their ADMIN password. Report includes Client ID, EFIN, Company Name, COM User, and Date/Time that the password was reset.

Admin Password Resets Summary

View a summary of ADMIN password resets for your Sub Offices. Report includes Client ID, EFIN, Company Name, Total Resets, and Date/Time that the password was reset.

Customer Support Site

Return Query

Query specific taxpayer returns from the Customer Support Site using a taxpayer identification number (SSN, EIN or ITIN).

Online Reporting System

Schedule and access reports from the Customer Support Site.

Support Site

Links to the TaxWise Customer Support Site without having to go through the log in page. It will take you directly to the Latest News page.

Main Office Support Site

This link displays whatever text you enter in the Support Site link caption: field under Link options for SubOffices. It opens whatever URL you enter in the Support Site link URL: field (also under Link options for SubOffices).

TaxWise Blog

The TaxWise Blog is an online message center that provides you with information to assist you in your daily work environment.

You can subscribe to an RSS feed so that each new post is sent to the RSS Feed folder in your e-mail by choosing one of the options under Subscribe to in the TaxWise Blog page.

Links Options for Sub Offices (only visible to users with Administrator privileges)

This section enables users with Administrator privileges to customize the links shown under the Customer Support Site area of the page.
